About the purpose of the foam concentrate PFA LiteCem 1/40

A new generation protein foaming agent was developed in cooperation with the specialists of the GRIVAS company and is designed to produce high-quality lightweight aerated concrete with a wide range of densities from 120-1600 kg/m3.

The foam concentrate is made on the basis of a hydrolyzate of natural (organic) surfactants and plant materials.

PFA LiteCem foam concentrate is characterized by high foam stability, which guarantees the production of high-quality, high-strength foam concrete. PFA LiteCem is an environmentally friendly foaming agent.
  • Dark brown liquid with a slight specific odor;
  • Supplied in 200 kg plastic drums and 600 and 1000 kg plastic containers;
  • Recommended dosage for preparation of working mortar - 2,5%;
  • Foaming agent PFA LiteCem 1/40 non-flammable and does not cause skin irritation.

It is necessary to prepare a working solution of the foaming agent in a ratio of 1:40. Optimum water temperature 18-25 oC.

To obtain foam, the solution is passed through a foam generator. The optimal foam weight is 65-75 grams/liter.

The production of foam is carried out by mixing the working solution with compressed air in the barrel of the foam generator.

The optimal length of the foam generator barrel is 700-800 mm. We recommend using a foam generator manufactured by GRIVAS.
